I wan Brioc Plaid Cymru 102 votes = 11.5%
John Griffiths Independent 325 votes = 36.8%
Bob Kilmister Liberal Democrat 457 votes = 51.7%
Turnout = 65.41%
Liberal Democrat Gain from Independent.
