If your dealing with Pembrokeshire County Council then the answer may well be no reply to your letters! 

I wrote to the Monitoring Officer on Tuesday 29/01/08 by first class registered post.  It is now 21/02/08 and not a sign of a reply.  My complaint was about their failure to answer my letters.  They obviously noted my comments very carefully and as usual totally ignored them!

According to the Council they aim to answer letters in fifteen working days.  Could I suggest their aim is as bad as their letter writing skills. This target is woeful and what they actually achieve is even worse!  You don’t even get an acknowledgement.  Pembrokeshire County Council please note this is the 21st Century, is it not time you realised this?
